Turn off the cylinder valve, don't touch light switches, open doors and windows and get everyone outside. Then WhatsApp us the word “leak”. You'll get our emergency number straight away, and a person takes over the chat.

Good to know.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp, the app you already use. Save our number, say hi, and the menu pops up with buttons you can tap.
What's the difference between a swap and buying new?
A swap means you give the driver your empty cylinder and only pay for the gas. Buying new means you get a cylinder to keep, and a once-off deposit is added to the price.
How do I pay?
By EFT. When you confirm your order, we send our bank details and your order reference. Pay into the account at your own bank if you can, because it clears fastest. Then tap “I've paid” and we take it from there.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver from our depot in Nooitgedacht, Mogale City. Share your location on WhatsApp and you'll see the exact delivery fee, based on the distance from the depot, before you confirm.
What if WhatsApp can't find my address?
If you're at the delivery address, tap Send location and then Send your current location. That's the most accurate option. Otherwise, type your street number, street, suburb and town and we'll find it.
Can I talk to a real person?
Of course. Tap “Talk to us” or just type “can I speak to someone” and our team will reply in the same chat. You can also email customer.service@renistochemicals.co.za.
I started an order and changed my mind.
No problem. Just start again, and we'll ask whether to replace the old order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
